Who we are
KyzenX ("we", "us") helps you plan, execute, reflect, and export verified consistency reports. Contact: privacy@kyzenx.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash (via Supabase Auth), plan tier.
- Profile data: avatar, preferences, focus settings, timezone/work hours.
- Product data: planner tasks, habits, wins, weekly reviews, AI prompts you submit.
- Verified proofs: signed report summaries (rates, week IDs) — not your private reflection text in the public verify view.
- Technical data: session cookies, basic usage logs, error reports if enabled.
Why we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your workspace synced.
- Personalize planner, dashboard, and AI suggestions.
- Issue cryptographically signed proof reports you choose to export.
- Improve reliability, security, and product performance.
Connected services (Google / YouTube)
If you choose to connect a third-party account, KyzenX accesses only what that integration needs and never posts, edits, or deletes anything on your behalf.
YouTube. KyzenX uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- Scope: read-only (
youtube.readonly) — channel statistics, recent video metadata and public performance metrics. We never request write access. - How we use it: to show your channel insights and generate an AI coaching read inside your dashboard. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except with the AI provider that produces your analysis.
- Storage: your OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored securely against your account so the dashboard can refresh stats. Channel metrics are fetched live and not retained beyond your session.
- Revoke any time: use Disconnect on the YouTube page, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.
Limited Use.KyzenX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing YouTube insights and coaching features inside your dashboard.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve those features (for example, our AI provider generates your analysis at your request), or for security, legal compliance, or to comply with applicable law.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertising, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based ads.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run KyzenX: Supabase (auth + database), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) to generate suggestions and analyses from content you submit. Data shared with them is limited to what each service needs to function.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not publish your reflection answers on the public verify page.
- We do not use your data for unrelated advertising profiles unless you opt in to marketing emails.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Account settings → Delete account, or email privacy@kyzenx.com). Signed proofs may be retained in anonymized form for verification integrity unless you request removal and we can comply without breaking audit trails.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@kyzenx.com with the address tied to your account. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies (kyzenx_session) to keep you logged in. Optional analytics cookies load only if NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_ID is configured.
Changes
We may update this policy as KyzenX evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
