Yes. Email us from your account address asking for deletion and we'll wipe your profile, plans, onboarding answers, and uploaded artifacts within 7 days. You'll get a confirmation once it's done.

Head to your profile from the sidebar — your goal, specialization, weekly hours, and pace are all editable there. Updates flow into your next generated plan automatically.

Open the Planner, fill in this week's brief (goal, hours, focus areas), then hit Generate. The AI reads your onboarding profile plus the brief and returns a day-by-day plan you can edit, replan, or mark complete.

Conservative leaves buffer time and assumes interruptions — good for busy weeks. Balanced fills your stated hours fully. Aggressive packs stretch goals and assumes deep-work days; use it when you have a clear runway.

The score reflects how specific and actionable your brief is — vague briefs produce vague plans. Aim for green by naming concrete outcomes, constraints, and the one thing that would make the week a win.

Use Replan on the plan view with a sharper brief, or edit individual tasks inline. If a generation feels seriously off (wrong domain, hallucinated tools), email us the plan ID so we can debug the prompt.

Not yet — native Notion and Todoist import is on the roadmap. For now you can paste task lists into the planner brief and the AI will fold them into your week.

Each Vault item gets a private link you can toggle public. Public links render a clean view-only page recruiters can open without an account; revoke access anytime from the item's settings.

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep access to paid features until then.

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid subscriptions, no questions asked. After that, email us if something's genuinely broken on our end and we'll make it right case by case.

Yes — annual is ~2 months free vs monthly and is available on Starter, Pro, and Elite. You can switch monthly-to-annual from the billing page; we'll credit your unused monthly time.
